In this role, you will lead backend architectural decisions, design high-performing APIs, and build cutting-edge systems that power impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Backend Architecture: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable web applications and core features using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• API Development & Documentation: Architect, develop, and maintain secure RESTful APIs, providing comprehensive documentation via Swagger or Postman.
• Database Design & Optimization: Manage and optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, complex schemas, indexing, and query performance.
• Asynchronous Processing: Implement background jobs, queues, and caching mechanisms using Redis to maximize application response speed and throughput.
• Framework Mastery: Leverage advanced Laravel components—including the Service Container, Service Providers, Middleware, Task Scheduling, and Eloquent ORM—to ensure clean, maintainable code.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 4–5+ years of professional experience in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Deep Framework Knowledge: Advanced understanding of Laravel internals (Service Container, Custom Providers, Middleware, Task Scheduler, Eloquent ORM).
• Databases: Mastery of MySQL or PostgreSQL, database design principles, and query optimization techniques.
• APIs & Tools: Proven experience building RESTful APIs and documenting them using tools like Swagger or Postman.
• Caching & Queue Management: Strong hands-on experience with Redis, caching strategies, and background worker queue management.
• Engineering Standards: Commitment to writing clean, testable, and well-documented code with a strong grasp of design patterns and backend security.
