About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web, mobile, POS, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies, including user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes. You will work closely with product and development teams in an Agile environment to design end-to-end user experiences that delight users and meet business goals.

Experience:

  • 3–6 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer within digital products or software development environments
  • Demonstrated experience designing web, mobile, POS, or enterprise-level applications
  • Proven track record in applying user-centered design methodologies, including user research and usability testing
  • Experience collaborating within Agile/Scrum teams and iterative development cycles

Professional Skills:

  • Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent platforms
  • Ability to design end-to-end user experiences, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Relevant UX/UI certifications, courses, or professional training are considered an advantage
