About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Success Officer to build strong relationships with our clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and support long-term engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries
  • Onboard new clients and provide guidance on services
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Background in tech or startups
