About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Success Officer to build strong relationships with our clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and support long-term engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries
- Onboard new clients and provide guidance on services
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
