Key Responsibilities:

Technical Program Management:

• Contribute ideas to product development initiatives
• Assist product managers in overseeing product development
• Report product deployment progress to senior managers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Detect and resolve obstacles in project plans
• Evaluate and monitor product success metrics
• Communicate and align stakeholders with project progress and delivery

Product Orientation:

• Create internal orientation materials for product updates
• Coordinate with various teams to build presentation content
• Oversee and manage creation of knowledge base articles
• Provide information to the marketing team for product-related content
• Work with functional teams to create digital media supporting the product
• Organize periodic product demos to inform team members of new features
• Review marketing content to validate technical accuracy
• Oversee product presentations with every release

Member Success:

• Support the Member Success Team in building and maintaining strong member relationships
• Provide member feedback to the product team to develop suitable solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Python
• 1+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or related AI field

Work Schedule & Supervision:

• Full-time role (40 hours/week)
• Directly supervised by the Head of Product with structured training and mentorship
