Leadership

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed corporate goals

Deal Execution

• Proven track record of managing the full sales lifecycle and successfully closing deals

Market & Cultural Understanding

• Strong understanding of the business culture and market dynamics in Damascus

Location Requirement

• Must be permanently based in Damascus
