Job Summary

Paymera is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team and contribute to building secure, scalable, and high-performance fintech solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP) for backend development and modern frontend technologies, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications. Experience with .NET technologies is considered a strong plus.

You will work closely with Product, UI/UX, and Developer teams to deliver reliable digital payment and financial platforms serving thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Laravel and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and financial systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
• Support deployment, testing, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and fintech development practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in Laravel (PHP) and backend architecture.
• Solid experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js/React or similar).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar).
• Understanding of system security, authentication, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with .NET (ASP.NET / C#) is a strong plus.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good command of English.
