Job Description:

Tikit is looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our full-time, on-site creative team in Damascus.

We are looking for someone who can do more than create good-looking designs. Someone who can understand the idea, brand, audience, and objective behind a project, then turn them into strong visual content.

You will work with different brands, industries, campaigns, and markets, collaborating with our marketing, content, media, and production teams.

What You'll Do

  • Create high-quality designs for Tikit and our clients across different industries.

  • Design social media content, campaign visuals, advertising creatives, and promotional materials.

  • Develop visual concepts based on marketing and content strategies.

  • Work on branding materials and visual identities when needed.

  • Create visuals for paid advertising campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Content Writers, Marketing Strategists, Media Buyers, and Production teams.

  • Create visual content for Reels, video content, and other digital formats.

  • Create motion graphics and animated content when required.

  • Adapt designs to different brands, audiences, platforms, and markets.

  • Maintain visual consistency and high creative standards across projects.

  • Create content for both the Syrian and Dubai markets.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related creative role.

  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Experience with After Effects and motion graphics is highly preferred.

  • Experience creating social media designs and advertising creatives.

  • Good understanding of branding and visual identity.

  • Ability to work across different visual styles, industries, and brands.

  • Good understanding of current social media and design trends.

  • Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.

  • Ability to take feedback and turn it into better visual solutions.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Good English proficiency.

Portfolio is a plus, but not mandatory.
