Job Summary
Paymera is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and elevate the company's visual identity across all digital and offline touchpoints. You will develop compelling visual concepts, execute high-quality designs, and ensure brand consistency across marketing campaigns, product communications, and corporate materials.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision with strategic thinking and thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of all visual design work across digital and print platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Paymera's brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Design engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, reports, and corporate materials.
- Support product-related visuals (App/Web) in collaboration with the UI/UX team when needed.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and professionalism across all visual outputs.
- Translate marketing strategies and business goals into impactful visual solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage design assets, templates, and creative files efficiently.
- Support branding and design needs for exhibitions, events, and activations.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers when applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and campaign design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience designing for social media, digital marketing, and advertising.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in fintech, tech startups, or fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Good command of English.
