Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Lead client discovery sessions to identify needs and goals.
- Drive strategic discussions to shape solutions and align requirements with long-term technology roadmaps.
- Influence client decision-making through impact analysis.
Software Development
- Architect and design complex systems.
- Set coding standards across teams.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and security.
- Translate and validate business requirements into tasks, leading project technical workload breakdown.
Solution Implementation
- Define full implementation strategies.
- Manage enterprise-level integrations.
- Ensure compliance, availability, and scalability.
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions for team members.
- Minimize technical dependencies and prevent bottlenecks.
Client Support & Communication
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to align strategy and delivery.
- Validate the business value of delivered solutions.
Quality Assurance
- Establish QA processes and standards.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance benchmarks.
- Drive CI/CD and quality-first practices.

Collaboration & Leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in consulting, software architecture, and client engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring.
- Expertise in enterprise software solutions, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of QA standards, security, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively on-site with clients and teams.
