Job Purpose

The Sales Engineer bridges the gap between technical solutions and customer needs by providing product expertise, technical demonstrations, and customized solutions to support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to close deals.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and consultations.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, and technical documentation.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role.
  • Strong technical understanding of software/products.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills.
