Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Odoo Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain robust Odoo ERP solutions.

In this role, you will lead technical implementations, optimize business processes, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality Odoo deployments aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Development

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Community & Enterprise editions)
• Build custom add-ons using Python, XML, and JavaScript
• Customize core Odoo modules, including Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, and Project
• Implement and optimize workflows, business rules, and automation
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of Odoo solutions

2. Architecture & Integration

• Design system architecture and deployment models (on-premise and cloud)
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems such as payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, banking systems, and APIs
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services
• Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL

3. Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor junior Odoo developers
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices, coding standards, and documentation
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and technical decision-making

4. Maintenance & Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
• Perform system upgrades and migrations across Odoo versions
• Provide technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization

Required Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development
• Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo ORM
• Solid experience with Odoo framework, views, workflows, and security rules
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and query optimization
• Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with Linux environments, Git, and Docker (preferred)
• Experience with Odoo Enterprise and large-scale implementations is a plus

Functional Knowledge

• Strong understanding of ERP business processes
• Experience working with finance/accounting, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing modules
• Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver efficient Odoo-based solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Odoo certification(s)
• Experience with multi-company, multi-currency, and localization setups
• Experience integrating Odoo with payment systems, e-commerce platforms, or government systems
• Background in FinTech, e-commerce, or enterprise systems
