Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to build a user-friendly platform that connects elderly individuals with caregivers through a seamless booking system.

The platform will enable elderly users (or their families) to easily book caregivers for:

• Daily assistance
• Companionship
• Shared hobbies and activities
• Basic support services

The system must be simple, accessible, and designed with elderly-friendly UX, ensuring ease of use, clarity, and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a full-stack web or mobile application (frontend and backend)
• Design and implement separate user flows for:
  • Elderly users / families
  • Caregivers
• Build secure user registration and authentication systems
• Develop user profiles (skills, interests, availability, experience)
• Implement booking and appointment scheduling functionality
• Build messaging/communication features between users
• Integrate secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay)
• Create dashboards for bookings, history, and payments
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and data security

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Full Stack Development (React / Next.js + Node.js or Python)
• Experience building booking systems or marketplace platforms
• Knowledge of authentication systems and role-based access
• Experience integrating payment gateways
• Strong understanding of API development and integration
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase)
• Understanding of accessibility and user experience design (especially for elderly users)

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or caregiving platforms
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (large fonts, simple navigation, voice features)
• Experience in mobile app development (React Native or Flutter)
• Familiarity with chat, notifications, or real-time systems
