About the Role

We are looking for skilled Wireless & Telecommunications Engineers at Mid and Senior levels to support our communications infrastructure in Syria. You will be tasked with planning, deploying, optimizing, and maintaining wired and wireless communication systems, microwave links, and RF networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deploy wireless communication systems (Wi-Fi, RF, microwave, point-to-point links).
• Perform site surveys, spectrum analysis, and RF coverage optimization.
• Maintain wired/telecom transmission systems and troubleshoot signal interference or connectivity failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless networks with broader core networks.
• Senior Level: Manage end-to-end telecom rollout projects, technical vendor relationships, and system engineering budgets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Mid-Level: Minimum of 3 years of experience in wireless network design and RF engineering.
  • Senior Level: Minimum of 5 years of experience, with demonstrated Project Management capability in telecommunications.
• Certifications: Globally recognized professional certifications (e.g., CWNA, CWNP, Cisco Certified Wireless, or vendor-specific telecom certifications).
• Language: Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong technical background in RF propagation, wireless protocols, and antenna technologies.
