Partner Success Manager (Indirect Sales)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and business-savvy Partner Success Manager to manage and

grow our network of international and regional partners. This role is focused on indirect

sales enablement, relationship management, and partner growth.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our partners are equipped, trained, and motivated

to successfully sell, implement, and support our ERP and SaaS products. The ideal candidate

will have a strong understanding of business operations, excellent communication skills,

and the ability to guide partners both commercially and technically.

This is not a routine sales role , its a strategic position that bridges the gap between

business growth, partner enablement, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, maintaining strong,

trust-based relationships.

Support partners in achieving their sales and implementation targets through

ongoing training, mentorship, and product onboarding.

Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to identify gaps, challenges, and

opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the internal product, sales, and support teams to ensure partners

have the latest knowledge and tools for success.

Assist partners in closing deals, handling objections, and conducting client

demos when needed.

Guide partners on how to position and sell ERP modules effectively across multiple

industries (Retail, Manufacturing, F&B, Services, etc.).

Monitor partner pipelines through the CRM and ensure accurate forecasting and

activity tracking.

Share updates about new features, product releases, and promotions to keep

partners engaged and informed.

Analyze partner performance data and develop strategies to improve sales

effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Work with the marketing and training teams to organize partner enablement

programs, webinars, and product workshops.

Provide feedback to the product team on partner and client needs, helping shape the

roadmap and enhance usability.

Ensure partners adhere to company policies, pricing guidelines, and brand

standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a

related field.

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in channel management, partner relations, or

account management.

Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and SaaS products and how they serve

different business sectors.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and

build trust.

Solid understanding of sales cycles, business logic, and implementation challenges.

Ability to analyze business performance and design improvement plans for partners.

Strong problem-solving, coordination, and negotiation abilities.

Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).

Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using CRM tools and Microsoft 365 suite.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

Previous experience managing reseller or channel-based sales models.

Knowledge of SaaS business models, recurring revenue structures, and partner

incentive programs.

Exposure to B2B solution selling and ERP implementation processes.

Background in business consultancy, presales, or training is a plus.
