Job Description:

Tikit is looking for a Marketing Strategist to join our full-time, on-site team in Damascus.

We are looking for someone who can understand the bigger picture, turn business goals into clear marketing strategies, and work with different teams to turn those strategies into effective campaigns.

You will work with creatives, content writers, designers, media buyers, and other specialists across different industries and markets.

What You'll Do

  • Develop marketing strategies for Tikit and our clients based on their business goals.

  • Build social media and content strategies based on the brand, audience, and objectives.

  • Develop campaign ideas, marketing plans, and clear execution directions.

  • Research target audiences, customer behavior, competitors, and market opportunities.

  • Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies.

  • Work closely with the Content, Design, Production, and Performance Marketing teams.

  • Help plan paid advertising campaigns and align them with the overall marketing strategy.

  • Monitor campaign performance and identify what is working, what is not, and what can be improved.

  • Analyze results and turn data into clear recommendations and next steps.

  • Research market trends and new opportunities to help brands grow.

  • Support marketing strategies and campaigns across both the Syrian and Dubai markets.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Strategy, Brand Strategy, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.

  • Experience developing marketing or campaign strategies.

  • Good analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Understanding of paid advertising and campaign performance.

  • Knowledge of audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.

  • Ability to connect business objectives with creative and marketing ideas.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Good English proficiency.

  • Ability to work effectively with different teams in a fast-paced environment.
