Job Description:
Role Purpose
Provide firstline technical support for all HATZ Retail staff across HQ, warehouse, and retail
branches. Ensure stable operation of POS systems, user devices, network connectivity, and
storelevel technologies.
Key Responsibilities
User & Device Support
Handle daily IT support tickets for HQ, warehouse, and store staff.
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, POS terminals, and handheld devices.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications.
Maintain user accounts, access permissions, and basic system configurations.
POS & Store Systems Support
Provide firstline support for POS terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and
payment devices.
Ensure stable POS connectivity with HQ systems and local store networks.
Assist store teams during opening/closing procedures and POS operational issues.
Network & Connectivity Support
Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, WiFi, IP conflicts, device connectivity).
Coordinate with the Network & Security Engineer for escalated network problems.
Support AP connectivity, switch ports, and device patching inside store racks.
CCTV & LowCurrent Support
Provide basic support for CCTV cameras, NVR access, and monitoring stations.
Assist with lowcurrent devices such as peoplecounting sensors and access points.
Report escalated issues to the Network & Security Engineer.
OnSite Store Support
Perform store visits for troubleshooting, device replacement, and small installations.
Support new store openings with device setup, POS preparation, and basic network
checks.
Documentation
Maintain logs of support tickets, device inventory, and basic configuration notes.
Follow IT procedures and report recurring issues to senior IT staff.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Experience supporting POS systems or retail environments is a strong advantage.
Ability to diagnose common network issues (IP, WiFi, cabling).
Basic understanding of CCTV/IP camera systems.
