About the Role:
We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems in production environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with Arabic-language models, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Experience:

• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying LLM-based systems in real-world production environments
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks (Evals), and systematic prompt optimization workflows
• Practical experience working with cloud-based AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience in fine-tuning, deploying, and maintaining custom Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Demonstrated experience working with Arabic-language models and Arabic text processing pipelines

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong expertise in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval strategies
• Experience building autonomous agents and multi-agent systems for complex task orchestration
• Deep understanding of prompt optimization techniques, evaluation methodologies, and performance tuning
• Proficiency in handling large context windows, memory management, and context-compression strategies
• Experience managing API integrations, including rate limiting, streaming responses, retries, and error handling
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern AI/ML tooling ecosystems

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
