Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Design and build high-quality, responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application speed, responsiveness, and web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals).
• UX/UI Enhancement: Translate design concepts into scalable, user-centric interfaces, maintaining a strong focus on overall User Experience (UX).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional technical teams (backend developers, designers, product managers) to deliver robust digital solutions.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while actively participating in code reviews and tech discussions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in frontend web development.
• Core Skills: Mastery of React.js and Next.js framework.
• Web Performance & UX: In-depth understanding of web optimization techniques, state management, modern rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR), and intuitive UX principles.
• Web Fundamentals: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks/libraries.
• Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-moving, professional technical team.
