Job Purpose:
The Full-Stack Engineering Team Lead is responsible for leading and guiding engineers in the development of both frontend and backend systems for the Beeorder platform. This role ensures software quality and stability in critical production environments. The lead bridges feature development with infrastructure stability, focusing on full automation of CI/CD pipelines and maintaining high service availability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the engineering team to design and build integrated features using modern technologies (e.g., PHP Laravel for backend development).
2. Maintain clear and effective communication with product and operations teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
3. Serve as the final technical authority on distributed system engineering decisions, ensuring stability in both on-premises and hybrid environments.
4. Support management in building a technical roadmap focused on full development lifecycle automation.
5. Promote an Infrastructure as Code culture and automate CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
6. Filter and classify deep technical issues, performing root-cause analysis for system failures.
7. Define code quality standards and review code to ensure service isolation and facilitate containerization using Docker.
8. Oversee application security, enforce strict access policies, and manage security patches.
9. Conduct technical interviews to attract top programming talent and strengthen the team's capabilities.
10. Delegate development tasks to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining system stability standards.
11. Work within a cross-functional team to ensure effective backup and disaster recovery strategies.
12. Communicate platform performance to management and provide regular reports on infrastructure risks and technical growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of web development experience (Full-Stack), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expert in PHP Laravel framework with strong Git and GitLab CI knowledge.
• Practical experience with container technologies (Docker) and Linux-based systems.
• Solid understanding of on-premises and virtualized infrastructure (VMware ESXi).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in sensitive environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for technical documentation and communication.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to establish and enforce engineering standards.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to align developers and operations teams.
• Strategic system planning skills with flexibility to respond to urgent requirements.
