  • Assist in developing AI prototypes for use cases such as alert triage, incident support, and knowledge search.
  • Participate in prompt engineering, workflow tuning, and experimentation for AI-driven solutions.

Data & Integration

  • Work with internal documentation, SOPs, and historical data to structure knowledge for AI systems.
  • Support integration of AI services with internal tools, APIs, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Assist with data handling, preprocessing, and structured/unstructured data pipelines.

Testing & Optimization

  • Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, quality, and operational safety.
  • Contribute to improving system performance and reliability.
  • Support testing and validation of AI use cases.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Document AI use cases, technical designs, and lessons learned.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile team processes.

Governance & Best Practices

  • Contribute to AI governance practices including traceability and validation.
  • Follow engineering standards, coding policies, and deployment practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or AI workflows).
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (NoSQL is a plus).
  • Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Other Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured engineering environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to FastAPI, ETL/data pipelines, or backend services.
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
  • Experience with vector databases or knowledge retrieval systems.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools or operations environments.

Who You Are

  • A fast learner with a strong interest in AI and automation.
  • Collaborative and able to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with structured problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Passionate about using technology to improve real-world processes.

What We Offer

  • A meaningful first role with real impact on business operations.
