Social Media Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, videos, and stories across social media platforms.
- Develop social media calendars and campaign strategies aligned with company goals.
- Track analytics, engagement, and audience behavior to improve performance.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Respond to comments, inquiries, and online interactions to strengthen brand visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Experience managing social media accounts for companies or brands.
- Strong understanding of content creation, trends, and audience engagement.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, or Hootsuite.
- Creativity and strong visual communication skills.
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe) are a plus.
- Excellent writing and communication abilities.
