Job Purpose

The Frontend Software Engineer is responsible for building high-quality, user-centric web applications for international clients. This role goes beyond implementing designs—it involves owning frontend features end-to-end, shaping user experience, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own frontend features end-to-end, from concept to production.
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Proactively ask the right questions and validate assumptions before implementation.
• Collaborate closely with team members through pairing, code reviews, and iterative development cycles.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Work directly with international clients when needed.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously improve code quality, UI performance, and development practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Mid-level to senior experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (JS/TS) and React.
• Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and best practices.
• Ability to break down features and deliver independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong focus on user experience (UX) and product thinking.
• Understanding of the business context behind frontend solutions.
• Commitment to improving systems and codebases (leave things better than you found them).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
