Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our users across all touchpoints. You will act as the voice of the customer and help improve satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions across multiple channels

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed

  • Work with internal teams to improve customer journeys

  • Develop customer experience processes and best practices

  • Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer experience, support, or success roles

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to empathize with users and advocate for them

  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments

  • Comfortable working remotely

  • Mid-level experience required
