We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Scrum Master to lead product development while ensuring agile best practices. You will work closely with founders, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog

• Define product vision, roadmap, and user stories

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

• Ensure timely delivery of product features

• Continuously improve agile processes and team efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks

• Experience working with technical teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Not junior – hands-on experience is mandatory
