Job Description:

Role Purpose

Design, implement, and maintain all database and server systems used across HATZ Retail.

Ensure stable POS and ERP operations, proper data flow between store and HQ systems, and

seamless integration with international brand databases.

Key Responsibilities

Database & ERP Design and Implementation

Design and implement database structures for POS, ERP, inventory, and reporting

systems.

Build and maintain data models, schemas, and integration pipelines.

Ensure database scalability, reliability, and performance as new branches open.

Lead the design and deployment of ERP database modules and backend components.

Database Integration (Local + International)

Manage all integrations between HATZ Retail databases and brand headquarters

databases overseas.

Ensure secure, stable, and accurate data exchange for reporting, inventory sync, and

operational workflows.

Handle API connections, data mapping, synchronization jobs, and crosssystem

validation.

Database Operations

Perform backups, restore tests, and disaster recovery planning.

Monitor performance, optimize queries, and troubleshoot database issues.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across all systems.

Systems & Server Infrastructure

Maintain onpremise and cloud servers supporting POS, ERP, and internal applications.

Deploy and manage Windows/Linux servers, virtual machines, and storage systems.

Ensure secure configurations, user access control, and system policies.

POS & ERP Support

Support POS database operations and ensure stable connectivity with HQ systems.

Maintain ERP data flows, synchronization, and reporting pipelines.

Coordinate with store teams to resolve systemrelated issues.

Documentation

Maintain updated database schemas, integration maps, server diagrams, and backup

procedures.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years experience in database and systems administration.

Strong experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or similar).

Experience designing and implementing database structures and ERP backend systems.

Experience with database integrations, APIs, and crosssystem data exchange.

Solid understanding of Windows Server / Linux environments.

Experience with POS or ERP database structures.

Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

Preferred

Experience in retail environments.

Experience with international database integrations.

Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, HyperV).

Basic networking knowledge to coordinate with the Network & Security Engineer.
