About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Product & Delivery to lead product management and technology delivery for complex enterprise systems. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage large-scale software initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and organizational objectives.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in IT product management, software delivery, or technology leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or director-level capacity
• Proven track record in managing complex enterprise systems, including POS solutions and mobile applications
• Extensive experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management and delivery of large-scale, high-impact technology initiatives
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, design, and business functions
• Strong experience working with clients across diverse industries and managing executive-level stakeholders

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development practices
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and DevOps methodologies, driving efficiency and continuous delivery
• Excellent business acumen, with the ability to align technical strategies with commercial objectives and organizational goals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making capabilities
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Master's degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) is highly desirable
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or Product Management credentials are considered a strong advantage
