About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Driver Operations & Support Associate to join our growing ground

team in Damascus. This is a dual-focus role sitting at the intersection of field operations and

customer support — you'll be responsible for onboarding and managing Drivers, maintaining

vehicle quality standards, and ensuring a seamless experience for both passenger and drivers

through our call center. If you're energetic, analytical, people-oriented, and thrive in a

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, evaluate, and onboard new drivers — guiding them through platform

registration, app training, and their first trips

Conduct vehicle inspections to verify that all Kaptains meet our safety, quality, and

compliance standards before and during their time on the platform

Engage with prospective Kaptains in the field, assess vehicle eligibility, and manage the

end-to-end onboarding funnel

Deliver hands-on app training sessions, clearly explaining platform mechanics, earnings

structure, and operational expectations

Monitor active Kaptain performance metrics and proactively address service quality

issues

Maintain accurate records of vehicle checks, onboarding progress, and compliance

status

Call Centre Support

Handle inbound and outbound calls from riders and Kaptains, resolving queries,

complaints, and operational issues promptly

Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team while ensuring timely follow-up and

resolution

Maintain a high standard of communication and service quality on every interaction

Log call activity and track recurring issues to surface insights for product and operations

teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging with diverse

individuals both in the field and over the phone

Ability to conduct vehicle inspections and assess basic technical requirements (prior

vehicle knowledge is an advantage)

Structured problem-solver with sharp attention to detail

Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
