We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Support & Social Media Coordinator to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and manage our companys social media presence.This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly while ensuring our company maintains a consistent and professional voice online.

Role Overview

In this role, you will support the management and admin team with scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination, while also creating and scheduling engaging content for our social media channels (primarily LinkedIn). Its a blend of administration and communication — perfect for someone organized, creative, and eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Handle day-to-day admin tasks, scheduling, and coordination
  • Organize and maintain key documents, records, and files
  • Assist with expense tracking and basic bookkeeping support
  • Prepare reports,meeting notes, and internal communication updates

Social Media Management

  • Plan and maintain a content calendar across company channels
  • Draft,edit, and publish posts in clear and professional English
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when needed
  • Collect insights and prepare simple monthly performance reports
  • Ensure a consistent and professionalbrand voice

Operations Support

  • Support internal communication and coordination across teams
  • Help organize logistics for meetings, events, or travel if needed
  • Conduct light research or data collection for ongoing projects
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, and presentation materials

What Were Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in admin support, coordination,
  • Excellent English (must: very good) — written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office or social media managementFamiliarity with LinkedIn and basic content tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and eager to learn
