Job Description:

Role A Back-End Developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, SQL Server, Azure) to build scalable, high-performance, and secure backend systems. This role requires an expert in API development, microservices, database management, and cloud-based architectures, ensuring the delivery of robust solutions that power Lynnc's products and services.

Responsibilities

  1. Back-End Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance APIs using ASP.NET Core, C#, and .NET.
  • Experience developing applications using ASP.NET Zero or similar modular frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise in designing and customizing RDLC reports for .NET applications.
  • Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end applications.
  • Develop and optimize microservices architectures with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with tools such as Swagger and Postman for API testing and documentation.
  • Experience implementing WebSocket for real-time data updates and bidirectional communication.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles and design patterns.
  1. Database & Cloud Integration:
  • Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Optimize database queries, indexing, and performance for large-scale applications.
  • Develop and maintain cloud-based backend services on Azure (App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage).
  • Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
  1. Security, Authentication & DevOps:
  • Implement authentication & authorization using OAuth2, JWT, Identity Server, or Azure AD.
  • Apply secure coding best practices, ensuring compliance with OWASP security principles.
  1. System Integration & Performance Optimization:
  • Working knowledge of Google Maps API integration for location-based features.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services into backend systems.
  • Optimize server-side logic, caching strategies (Redis), and response times for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure high availability and fault tolerance in distributed systems.
  1. Collaboration & Code Quality:
  • Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and follow best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and system architectures.

Skills & Technologies

  • Back-End Development: .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Zero, C#, RESTful APIs
  • Database Management: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, query optimization
  • Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with GCP, Azure or AWS cloud platforms
  • Microservices & Architecture: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices design
  • Security & Authentication: OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD, Identity Server, OWASP security principles
  • Messaging & Event-Driven: Familiarity with Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ
  • Version Control & CI/CD: Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows, automated testing frameworks
  • Agile Development: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience and Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in backend development.

Educational Background:

  • BSC or MSC in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Microsoft stack
  • AWS, Azure, or similar
  • Kubernetes or similar
