About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and certified Network Engineers at both Mid and Senior levels to join our team in Syria. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex network infrastructures to ensure maximum uptime, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks.
• Monitor network performance, diagnose network issues, and perform system upgrades.
• Configure and manage network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Implement network security measures to safeguard infrastructure against unauthorized access.
• Senior Level: Lead network engineering projects, oversee network architecture design, and mentor junior/mid-level engineers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Mid-Level: Minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on network engineering experience.
  • Senior Level: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including proven Project Management experience.
• Certifications: Must hold globally recognized professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP Enterprise/Routing & Switching, Juniper, or equivalent).
• Language: Professional fluency in written and spoken English is strictly required.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), switching, and network security frameworks.
