About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Manager of Software Engineering to lead and inspire our engineering teams. This role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise, capable of managing large, multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex, large-scale technical projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with hands-on knowledge of modern software development practices and cloud technologies.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of managing large, multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple domains
  • Strong background in system architecture, software design, and building scalable, high-performance systems
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale technical projects on time and within scope

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Deep expertise in modern software development across frontend, backend, full-stack, and mobile technologies
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, system reliability, and high-availability architectures
  • Familiarity with modern development frameworks, API design, and microservices architecture
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align engineering efforts with business objectives

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
