Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-ownership QA Software Tester to ensure our platform remains fast, reliable, and bug-free. You will design and execute test plans, analyze root causes, perform regression testing, and collaborate directly with engineering, product, and support teams to deliver top-tier releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Execution: Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for new and existing web and mobile features.
• Bug Tracking & Analysis: Perform manual testing, identify edge-case defects, analyze root causes, and track issues through standard QA management tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with developers and product managers to validate updates and prevent regressions across our full-stack TypeScript ecosystem.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine QA documentation and testing workflows to accelerate execution while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical QA Expertise: Proven background in manual testing, test case creation, defect diagnosis, and SDLC fundamentals. Experience with SaaS or AI products is highly preferred.
• Tech Stack Familiarity: Hands-on experience testing across Web (React TS), Mobile (React Native TS), and Backend Edge Services (Node TS / Supabase).
• AI-Driven Workflow: Eagerness to leverage cutting-edge AI tools (a company-paid Claude Code subscription is provided) to maximize testing efficiency and output.
• Ownership Mindset: An independent problem-solver who takes accountability, works well under tight deadlines, and unblocks themselves.
• Communication Skills: Strong professional English (both written and verbal) with keen attention to detail.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
