Job Purpose

The Senior QA Manual Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our ERP products through comprehensive manual testing. This role involves developing and executing detailed test cases, identifying software issues or bugs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless and high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the software development team to understand project requirements and prepare test cases.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure resolution.
• Design and execute test cases and test scripts to evaluate functionality, usability, and performance.
• Perform manual system tests and document results accurately.
• Re-execute test cases to ensure previous issues are resolved and software functions correctly.
• Maintain test cases, test scripts, test reports, and documentation.
• Document application specifications, designs, features, and implementation details.
• Participate in Agile-Scrum development processes, providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Define the scope and objectives for various levels of QA testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics/Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in manual QA testing or a similar role.
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
• Solid understanding of the software testing life cycle and best practices for software development testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and QA processes within it.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Certification in QA (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
