Job Description
The Sales Representative role focuses on selling the companys products and services, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with existing and potential clients. The role emphasizes understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions that deliver real value, rather than focusing solely on selling.
Key responsibilities include identifying and approaching new customers, presenting and explaining products and services, closing deals, following up on customer satisfaction, and submitting regular sales reports.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the companys products and services.

Identify and reach out to new potential clients and open new communication channels in the market.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Negotiate and close sales deals.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.

Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to overall sales goals.
Requirements

Presentable appearance with strong verbal communication and fluency.

Experience using Microsoft Office programs.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Work Conditions

Working schedule: 5 days per week.

Probation period: 2 months without a fixed salary, with a competitive commission based on sales performance.

After the probation period, selected candidates will be hired based on performance and availability (including candidates from other governorates).

A basic salary will be provided to cover expenses, in addition to a sales commission.
