Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
• Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions with discretion and emotional intelligence.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across teams, adapting to changes and challenges.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and proactive problem-solving initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in tech or fast-growing companies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ethical judgment.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle sensitive situations.
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English).
