Digital Transformation Manager with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive institutional digital transformation and support the development of investment-related services and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement the Agencys digital transformation strategy in alignment with its institutional objectives.

Oversee information systems, technical infrastructure, and information security.

Develop and enhance digital platforms and services provided to investors.

Ensure the integration of digital systems with institutional workflows and governance requirements.

Manage digital transformation projects and coordinate with technical partners and relevant stakeholders.

Lead technical teams and monitor the performance of vendors and development projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

A minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience in information technology or digital transformation.

At least 3 years of managerial experience in leading technical teams or managing digital projects.

Advanced knowledge of information systems, information security, and digital project management.

Proficiency in Arabic and a good command of English, particularly in technical contexts.
