Job Summary

The Mid-Level Backend Web Developer will contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Paymera's backend services, APIs, and workflow components. You will work on workflow implementation, integrations with payment and SMS gateways, and ensure the platform's stability, performance, and adherence to coding standards.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs.
  • Implement business logic according to system requirements.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Contribute to system enhancements and new feature development.

Workflow Support (Elsa)

  • Assist in building and maintaining workflow processes.
  • Implement basic workflow activities under supervision.
  • Troubleshoot workflow execution issues.
  • Ensure workflows align with business requirements.

Integration Support

  • Assist with integration of payment gateways and external services.
  • Support SMS gateway integrations.
  • Manage API communication and data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot integration-related issues.

System Maintenance & Debugging

  • Identify and fix backend bugs.
  • Monitor system logs and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure system stability and uptime.

Code Quality & Compliance

  • Follow coding standards and development guidelines.
  • Document code and technical processes.
  • Participate in peer reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2–4 years of backend development experience.
  • Knowledge of APIs and backend frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of workflow systems; experience with Elsa is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ABP Framework, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture is advantageous.
  • Understanding of system integration concepts and best practices.
