About the Role: We are looking for a "Player-Coach" to take full ownership of Eazlis engineering. We don't need a distant manager; we need a technical leader who builds, ships, and sets the pace for the team. You will be responsible for clearing the backlog, structuring our architecture, and personally delivering critical integrations (Payments, Logistics, AI) that are currently blocking the business.

What Youll Do

• Lead & Ship: Manage the engineering team while actively contributing code. You are the ultimate un-blocker.
• Own the Roadmap: Deliver critical missing pieces immediately: Payment Stack integration, Logistics 4PL integration, and Operational Ticket Systems.
• AI Leadership: Move our AI Agents (Internal & External) from "concept" to "deployed production" using LangChain/OpenAI.
• Enforce Discipline: Implement rigorous testing, code reviews, and project tracking (Jira/Linear). No "verbal updates"—everything is tracked.
• R&D & Security: Dedicate time to R&D for system improvements and own data privacy/security protocols. Requirements
• Proven "Ship-it" Mentality: You have taken complex marketplace products from 0 to 1.
• Strong Technical Stack: Expert in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and modern frontend frameworks (React/React Native).
• API & Integration Expert: Deep experience integrating complex 3rd party services (Payment Gateways, Logistics Partners) without waiting for support.
• High Agency: You dont wait for permission or perfect instructions; you solve the problem and deliver the solution.
