Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements
• Support solution configuration, implementation, and client workshops
• Assist in process improvement and system adoption

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, EAM, or asset management platforms is preferred
• Ability to document processes and coordinate between technical and business teams
