Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer to join our core development team and help accelerate the delivery of a next-generation Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) SaaS platform designed for regulated organizations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend services, developing modern frontend interfaces, and contributing to AI-driven platform modules. You will work closely with the Product Owner, CTO, and development team in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs

  • Develop modern, responsive frontend interfaces

  • Implement complex workflows such as evidence management, approval processes, and compliance assessments

  • Participate in pair programming and technical refinement sessions

  • Collaborate closely with frontend and backend teams to ensure clean integrations

  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code

  • Support platform scalability, performance, and security improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Full Stack development

  • Experience building SaaS platforms

  • Strong experience building REST APIs

  • Strong frontend experience using Angular

  • Experience with relational databases and data modeling

  • Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines

  • Understanding authentication and authorization concepts (JWT, RBAC)

  • Familiarity with Git workflows

  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience in compliance, cybersecurity, or enterprise software

  • Experience working with audit trails or workflow engines

  • Experience building approval or governance systems

  • Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments
