Job Summary
The Senior Frontend Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Angular-based Single Page Applications (SPA) that serve multiple user segments within Paymera's ecosystem.
The role requires strong expertise in building responsive, high-performance user interfaces with full Arabic RTL support, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and seamless user experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture & Development
- Design and develop scalable Angular SPA applications (Citizen, Employee, Admin portals).
- Define frontend architecture standards and best practices.
- Ensure modular, reusable, and maintainable code structure.
- Optimize application performance and load efficiency.
UI/UX Implementation
- Develop responsive layouts across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Implement pixel-perfect UI based on design specifications.
- Ensure full Arabic RTL support across all interfaces.
- Maintain consistency in design systems and UI components.
Integration & API Handling
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Handle authentication, session management, and error handling.
- Ensure secure communication with backend services.
Code Quality & Leadership
- Conduct code reviews for frontend team members.
- Mentor mid-level developers.
- Enforce coding standards and documentation practices.
Performance & Optimization
- Optimize rendering performance and application speed.
- Reduce latency and improve user interaction responsiveness.
- Monitor frontend errors and resolve issues proactively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Angular development.
- Strong experience in responsive design and RTL support.
- Experience building enterprise-grade SPA applications.
