About the Role

We are hiring Applications Engineers at Mid and Senior levels to oversee the implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise software applications. You will ensure that applications are deployed efficiently, integrated smoothly with core systems, and operating at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, support, and maintain enterprise software applications and databases.
• Manage API integrations, middleware, and application workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and liaise with vendor support teams.
• Perform system updates, routine data backups, and performance tuning.
• Senior Level: Direct application development/deployment projects, define application architecture standards, and lead technical implementation teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Mid-Level: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software application support, deployment, or systems integration.
  • Senior Level: Minimum of 5 years of experience, with a solid track record in Project Management and system delivery.
• Certifications: Vendor/Industry professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, AWS/Azure Application Developer, DevOps, ITIL, or equivalent).
• Language: Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Solid understanding of database management (SQL/NoSQL), web services, and application security.
