Job Purpose:
The Marketing Officer is responsible for executing and supporting Beeorder's marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and increase orders. This role coordinates promotional campaigns, manages digital content, and monitors campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI. The Marketing Officer serves as a liaison between the marketing department and other teams (e.g., Sales, Product) to maintain message consistency and deliver compelling campaigns that meet user and partner expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain effective communication channels with design and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for field marketing coordination with partners in the absence of the Head of Marketing.
  3. Support management in crafting creative content (copywriting) for ads, push notifications, and social media platforms.
  4. Promote Beeorder's visual identity and ensure adherence to the approved tone of voice across all marketing communications.
  5. Analyze and categorize marketing campaign results and report performance metrics (Reach, Conversion, ROI) to understand user behavior.
  6. Define requirements for promotional merchandise and field marketing materials and ensure quality standards.
  7. Oversee daily social media content schedules and engage positively with user inquiries.
  8. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity to propose innovative marketing ideas.
  9. Coordinate with delivery officers and operations to ensure marketing materials reach restaurants and partners effectively.
  10. Delegate minor execution tasks to external service providers (e.g., printing companies) and monitor quality compliance.
  11. Work within a cross-functional team (with Product) to ensure an integrated user experience from advertisement to order completion.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or service applications.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (Social Media, Content Marketing, SEO).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop eye-catching campaigns.
  • Skilled in stakeholder expectation management and capable of working in a multi-functional team.
  • Very good proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to craft compelling marketing content in Arabic and English.
  • Advanced planning skills with flexibility to adapt to rapid market changes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Familiarity with basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and coordination platforms (Trello / Jira).
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons and major campaigns.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure error-free content delivery.
  • Absolute professional integrity with strong listening skills and emotional intelligence.
