Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent experiences for Pintours users. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to calls, emails, and chat inquiries from users.
- Handle customer requests including bookings, cancellations, technical issues, and travel questions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on user concerns and insights.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer support or service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Experience using CRM platforms is a plus (Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or SaaS customer support.
- Multilingual skills (English + additional language) beneficial.
