Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent experiences for Pintours users. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls, emails, and chat inquiries from users.
  • Handle customer requests including bookings, cancellations, technical issues, and travel questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on user concerns and insights.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of customer support or service experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Experience using CRM platforms is a plus (Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or SaaS customer support.
  • Multilingual skills (English + additional language) beneficial.
