Job Purpose

Ensure KeyFinder's app and website deliver a high-quality, reliable, and seamless user experience through comprehensive manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated testing of KeyFinder's core platform features, including listings, search and filtering functions, and user accounts.
• Prepare, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements.
• Test system integrations, APIs, and platform workflows to ensure smooth operation.
• Identify technical defects and issues, document them clearly, and collaborate with the development team to ensure resolution.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and expanding automated test coverage.
• Apply User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures and provide actionable feedback.
• Generate test reports and performance reports to inform development and management.
• Support continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in QA, testing web and mobile applications.
• Experience with manual testing and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective communication skills to report issues and collaborate with developers.
