Role Overview

Support IT-related procedures within financial audits and assurance engagements. The role focuses on evaluating IT controls, identifying risks, and contributing to high-quality audit delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate IT General Controls (ITGCs) and test application controls
• Support financial audits, internal audits, and assurance engagements
• Assess IT control environments and identify risks
• Perform data analysis to support audit activities
• Collaborate with team members and communicate progress effectively
• Prepare clear and high-quality documentation and reports
• Identify and escalate risks or issues to senior team members
• Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
  • Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science
  • Engineering / Business / Finance / Risk Management
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  • IT Audit
  • Information Security
  • Technology Risk
• Strong:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical writing ability
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as:
  • CISA, CRISC, CISM
• Knowledge of:
  • Operating systems and databases
  • ERP systems, core banking, or telecom systems
  • Process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
  • Programming (Python, Java, SQL)
• Understanding of:
  • Emerging technologies (e.g., AI)
  • Basic accounting principles
