The Mission: You are responsible for the most sensitive asset: the financial data. You will design the high-availability and disaster recovery architecture for a dual-site on-premises deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multi-site High Availability (HA) and Active/Standby clusters with a 15-minute RPO and 2-hour RTO.

- Optimize databases for millions of concurrent transaction records.

- Ensure strict data localization and encryption at rest per national regulations.

Requirements: 6+ years as a DBA, with specific expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL. Master of disaster recovery, automated backups, and database security hardening.
