Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to support e-commerce merchants using the Zaboon platform. The role focuses on increasing sales, strengthening brand identity, and improving customer loyalty through effective email marketing strategies.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing email campaigns, creating engaging content, managing merchant accounts, and providing marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email marketing strategies aligned with merchants' goals
• Create compelling email content (newsletters, promotional emails, automated sequences)
• Manage and grow email lists while ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance
• Design visually appealing, mobile-friendly email templates
• Set up and manage automation workflows (welcome emails, abandoned cart reminders, triggered emails)
• Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and preferences
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and design
• Track campaign performance and prepare analytical reports
• Conduct market research, especially in the Arab and GCC regions
• Continuously improve workflows and enhance user engagement and retention
• Provide marketing support to merchants in collaboration with technical and sales teams
• Develop marketing content for the platform (articles, website content, guides)

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce marketing
• Experience in email marketing
• Ability to quickly learn tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Strong ability to create engaging and creative marketing content
• Awareness of market trends and continuous learning attitude
