Location: Remote – based in Damascus, Syria

About the Role:
We are looking for a driven professional to grow our presence in Damascus by onboarding clinics and ensuring their long-term success on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new doctors and clinics and convert them to paid customers
  • Train doctors and clinic staff on how to use the platform effectively
  • Build strong relationships and ensure continuous engagement
  • Support clinics in increasing their patient bookings through the platform
  • Collect feedback and work closely with the product team to improve the solution

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to train clients and support adoption of software platforms
  • Results-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with healthcare or clinic operations is a plus
