About the Role:
We are looking for a driven professional to grow our presence in Damascus by onboarding clinics and ensuring their long-term success on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new doctors and clinics and convert them to paid customers
- Train doctors and clinic staff on how to use the platform effectively
- Build strong relationships and ensure continuous engagement
- Support clinics in increasing their patient bookings through the platform
- Collect feedback and work closely with the product team to improve the solution
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to train clients and support adoption of software platforms
- Results-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with healthcare or clinic operations is a plus
