Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and certified Technical Project Manager to lead, execute, and deliver complex IT initiatives from conception through completion.

The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

Key Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in any field

Certification

• PMP certification is required

Project Management Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience successfully leading and delivering projects

Technical Background

• 5+ years of experience within the IT sector
• Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in:
  • Data Centers
  • Cloud Platforms
  • Development Houses

Communication Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Location Requirement

• Must be permanently based in Damascus
